Yes choice. Decision. Declaration. Call. Whatever you want to name it. If you want change, you have to CHOOSE IT. If you want better health, more happiness, more financial freedom, more fitness, more fun, better relationships, it all starts with YOU, and making the conscious decision to do so.
Someone asked me on Friday what will happen after they finish working with me, and my response – well its your choice. You have to make the decision that you will commit to healthier living, that you’ll commit to being organised, that you’ll commit to the mindset work, that you’ll commit to honouring yourself – these are all things I cannot do for you. But you have to do for yourself.
Long lasting changes do not happen overnight. They take time and commitment.
They also result in astronomical abundance if you are willing to make that choice.
We are so lucky we do have freedom of choice. Every single day. We get to choose our thoughts, our feelings, our actions, and ultimately our results. Yes sometimes we need some direction, guidance and support along the way, but we get to choose if we want that too.
So what are you going to choose this week? Are you going to make choices that have a positive impact on your life and those around you? Or are you going to choose to be the victim, to listen to the bullshit story you keep telling yourself about why you cannot be, do or have anything you choose? Because you know, it is just a story.
I want to thank everyone who follows me on Instagram and Facebook who responded to the Dry July Challenge and made the commitment to themselves – you are in for a mind/body/soul transformational month/year/life.
I won’t be physically joining the Dry July challenge as I finish my 30 day Nutritional Cleanse on the 7th of July, the LAST day of my 20’s, and will be toasting the new decade with some champagne and beautiful friends, BUT I will be more present than ever to support, inspire and lead those who have said Yes.
So what choices can you make this week that have a positive impact on your journey? The only way to change is choosing to do so.
